My friend and I stayed at this hotel during Christmas 2024 for three nights. Initially, we were inclined to book other time-tested options in Shillong since we are originally from the city. However, a local friend recommended this new hotel, and I must say, there are no huge regrets. The hotel is situated in the heart of Shillong, and PB is less than 100 meters away, making it somewhat noisy. However, it has new and clean rooms and a fantastic WI-FI. We must compliment the lady at the reception, Moushumi Dhar, who goes out of her way to help. There is some room for improvement for the other staff members. I cannot comment much about the food served in the hotel except that I ordered a sandwich once, and it was just okay in taste and appearance. I will, however, recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and whenever I visit Shillong the next time, I will stay here.

We had a very comfortable stay. Linens and Toiletries provided was quality one. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. Bathroom fittings are all branded. Towels provided was quality one.

Food was good, mr.adil in the restaurant was very helpful and so were all the staff. A very good hotel for a short stay

The staff is extremely helpful, they helped us with early morning departure and always served us with a smile always.
